Writing Prompt: Lazy Bear

This lazy fellow is from the New York zoo.
Is he plotting his escape? Dejected because that polar bear they used to have up in Alaska got a show and t-shirt and he has yet to tag his first tourist?
Maybe he is depressed because he was just told he is gong to be released into the wild and will soon have to fend for himself and not get fed daily?
Is some hapless traveler abut to walk up on this fellow out in the wild?
