Seeing Spots

Here is an exercise in descriptives. Where might your character see something with spots? Are they seeing a woman walk past in a spotted blouse? Maybe someone just took an unexpected flash picture and all the detective can see now are spots of bright light? Did someone drop a spotted handkerchief? Maybe the only horse in the stables that your hero can buy for the next leg of his journey is a gray dappled with darker gray spots? Did your heroine’s kid just bring home a dalmatian puppy and drop it on her intended beau’s lap, leaving muddy spots on his suit?
Have fun and look for where your character might be seeing spots.
